Do I need a bank card?
No. You book without a card and pay the agency in cash at pickup. Each car shows its refundable deposit and how the agency takes it: cash, card or cheque.
Which documents do I need?
One is enough to book: a driving licence, a national ID card (CIN) or a passport. Bring it with you to the pickup.
How fast does the agency reply?
The agency has 10 minutes to accept or decline. If it doesn't reply in time, your request ends and you can choose another car.
When can I pick up the car?
Mooviro is for renting now. Once the agency accepts, you have 2 hours to go there, pay and collect the car.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancellation is free until you pick up the car.
When do I see the agency's details?
You get the agency's name, address and phone number as soon as it accepts your booking. Until then, the car's place on the map is approximate.
Which cities does Mooviro cover?
Mooviro is starting in Tangier and will open in more Moroccan cities.
Can I use a foreign phone number?
Not for now. Signing in needs a Moroccan mobile number starting with +212 6 or +212 7.
